VP Sales / Head of Revenue
Zürich or Remote
CHF 220,000 – 260,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE CHF 350,000 – 400,000)

Signalforge is an AI infrastructure platform that normalises AI signals into validated, traceable decision artifacts for production systems. We have 501 paying enterprise customers, operate at significant ARR, and are backed by a strategic investor. We are building the revenue function from the ground up.
You will own the entire revenue motion: pipeline strategy, sales process, team build-out, and quota attainment. You will be the first sales leader in the company, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on role — you will close deals yourself while building the team.
Responsibilities: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise and institutional segments. Build and lead the sales organisation. Establish repeatable pipeline generation independent of founder involvement. Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts. Partner with Product on positioning, packaging, and pricing. Report on pipeline health and revenue metrics to the board.
Requirements: 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Track record of building and scaling sales organisations from early stage. Experience selling infrastructure, data, or AI tooling to technical buyers. Demonstrated ability to close six- and seven-figure contracts. Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous. Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich.
VP Product

Signalforge is at an inflection point. With a growing enterprise customer base and a strategic investor on the cap table, the decisions made on product direction in the next 12 months will define the platform for years. We need a VP Product who can own that roadmap with conviction.
You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with the CEO, Principal AI Systems Engineer, and incoming VP Sales to translate customer needs and market signals into a coherent, differentiated product. You will protect the integrity of the platform's technical positioning while driving commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform vision. Translate complex AI infrastructure requirements into clear product specifications. Work with engineering to ensure delivery quality and velocity. Establish a structured discovery process. Own product positioning and competitive differentiation. Partner with Sales on deal support and product-driven pipeline. Ensure roadmap decisions are made by Signalforge, not shaped by investor pressure.
Requirements: 7+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading product for a B2B SaaS platform. Strong technical foundation — you can hold your own in architecture discussions. Experience with AI, data infrastructure, or developer tooling. Proven ability to manage a roadmap under competing stakeholder pressures. Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich.
Head of Customer Success

CHF 180,000 – 210,000 + performance bonus tied to net revenue retention
0.15% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
With 501 enterprise customers at a significant monthly contract value, retention and expansion are our highest-leverage growth vectors. We need a Head of Customer Success to build the function that protects and grows that base.
You will build and lead the Customer Success function from scratch — establishing the playbook, hiring the team, and personally managing the most strategic accounts. You will be the primary owner of net revenue retention, working closely with Sales and Product.
Responsibilities: Own net revenue retention and expansion revenue targets. Build the CS playbook: onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewal, and upsell motions. Hire and develop a team of Customer Success Managers. Personally manage the highest-value accounts. Partner with Product on customer feedback loops. Build early warning systems for at-risk accounts.
Requirements: 6+ years in Customer Success or account management in enterprise SaaS. Experience building a CS function at a company without one previously. Comfortable managing technical customers. Track record of improving net revenue retention and driving expansion revenue. Experience with AI, data, or developer tooling preferred. Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich.
Staff / Principal AI Systems Engineer
Zürich or Remote
CHF 180,000–240,000 + 0.5%–1.5% equity
You will own the technical architecture of the Signalforge platform — designing the systems that normalise AI signals into validated, traceable decision artifacts at scale. This is a deeply technical role with direct influence over every engineering decision we make.
Backend / Infrastructure Engineer (Distributed Systems)
Zürich or Remote
CHF 140,000–190,000 + 0.3%–0.8% equity
You will build and maintain the core backend systems and infrastructure that power Signalforge. Expect hard problems in distributed systems, data pipelines, and cost-efficient scale.
Frontend / Product Engineer (Technical UX)
Zürich or Remote
CHF 130,000–170,000 + 0.2%–0.6% equity
You will own the product surface of Signalforge — building the interfaces through which enterprise customers interact with the platform. Strong product instincts are as important as engineering craft here.
Founding GTM / Technical Sales
Zürich or Remote
CHF 120,000–160,000 base + commission + 0.3%–1.0% equity
You will be the first go-to-market hire — owning pipeline, closing deals, and building the sales motion from zero. This role requires the technical depth to sell to engineers and the commercial instinct to close enterprise contracts.
